Darwin Harmless is the nom de plume and alter ego of a monogamous bisexual confrontational atheist autodidact and bibliophile,  who regrets the need for anonymity but does not wish to be murdered by fundamentalist fanatics, nor denied employment or liberty by those in positions of authority who might admit privately that people have weird fantasies but who think some thoughts should never be expressed, whether they are acted upon or not.

I’d much rather use my own name and face down whatever critics come along.  But since I hold a responsible position in society and do not wish to be bothered by judgmental  idiots, nor to have consequences visited upon friends and family as a result of my intemperate speech,  this regrettable evasion is necessary.

If you discover my real identity, I’ll have to have you killed.  And that goes against all my principles, so please don’t make the effort to rip off my mask.
